Shipping and Returns
General Shipping Information
In-stock merchandise
Orders are process within 3-4 business days. Orders placed with Premium or Express shipping before 12:00 p.m. ET will be shipped the next business day.
Back Orders
If the merchandise you have selected is currently not in stock we will give you an expected shipping time at checkout or by a follow-up email.
Shipping to multiple addresses
If you choose to ship to multiple addresses we will add $5 for each additional address. Orders including only gift cards are not charged the additional fee.
Carriers
We use comparable delivery services for shipping. We use U.S. Postal Service for P.O. Boxes, APO and FPO addresses.
International Shipping
Please note that once an International shipment has left our warehouse, we are not responsible for any International Customs charges, hold, or delays, as LoyalHana has no control over their procedures.
In addition if returning items from international orders, your shipping fee will be deducted upon refund.
Shipping Options and Times
After receiving your order, our warehouse will package and ship it to you within 3 - 4 Business Days. As our warehouse is located on the east coast, orders shipping to the west coast may take slightly longer to arrive.
If you choose rush or overnight shipping and live on the west coast, please know that the order will take an additional two days to arrive.
Shipping Costs
For all domestic orders over $150, standard shipping is free! International Orders may be processed manually and cost will vary depending on location.
Returns & Exchanges
We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects and will accept any defective item for refund or exchange. Unwashed, unworn, unused or defective merchandise may be returned within 14 days after merchandise is delivered for an exchange or refund. Tags must be intact. Merchandise received after 14 days will only be accepted at our discretion for an online store credit.
We will cover shipping cost for items returned because of defects. If items are being return or exchanged otherwise your label fee will automatically be deducted with through returnly app.
Please note merchandise purchased from other retailers, including department stores or specialty stores must be returned to the store from which it was originally purchased, and is subject to the return policy of the originating retailer.
